Lunch is an important meal, and many countries have developed their own culinary delights to start the day. Indeed, whatever the flavours, whatever the rituals and cultures, the meal is and remains a highly symbolic social act. It therefore represents a special moment of sharing and discovery.

During lunch, participants discuss their country's culture: spices, food, music, literature, clothing, traditions, etc.
