Breakfast is an important meal, and many countries have developed their own culinary delights to start the day. Indeed, regardless of the flavours, rituals and cultures, this meal is and remains a highly symbolic social act. It therefore represents a special moment of sharing and discovery.

During breakfast, the person talks with the participants about the culture of their country: spices, food, music, literature, clothing, traditions, etc.
