OPENING HOURS, TICKETS AND ENTRY CONDITIONS
Opening hours of the festival gates and box office : from 18:00 - 23:00
Closing time of the festival: 2 am (end of service 20 minutes before)
A valid admission ticket or pass is always required for access to the festival concerts.
Holders of a season ticket must exchange it for a permanent wristband at the festival box office on the first day of the season ticket's validity.
Tickets and passes allow access to the specified dates and will not be refunded or exchanged even if canceled by the artist.
In the event of a postponement of the festival, the admission tickets purchased remain valid for the postponed date and cannot be returned.
Pass holders must exchange their admission tickets for a permanent wristband at the entrance to the festival on the first day of the pass's validity.
In the event of a postponement of the festival, the tickets purchased will remain valid for the postponed date and therefore cannot be returned.
If the festival or an entire evening is canceled, tickets, packages and subscriptions will be refunded up to the price stated on the ticket, package or subscription (excluding a flat fee of CHF 5.00 per ticket or package, in accordance with the recommendations of the Swiss Music Promoters Association).
People with reduced mobility are welcome at the festival. They must purchase a ticket or a normal season ticket. Vehicles with "disabled" badges have access to the parking lot near the main entrance of the festival. Children under the age of 8 have free access to the festival and do not need a ticket. Persons under the age of 13 pay half price. However, these two categories of people will only enter the site if accompanied by an adult over 25 years of age and upon presentation of an identity card.
